70 pro street
70 short box c 10 pro street in the making. 421 stroker dart little m block, afr 220 heads, all rollerized 620 lift cam, keith dorton intake, 750 race deamon carb, in the future coming it will also have a D1 procharger, turbo 400, manual valve body, trans brake, 3500 stall, Dana 60, 513 gears, spool, 40 spline axels, 2x3 back half with ladder bar suspension, 32x18 rear tires with weld drag lites.

The tries are 32x14.5 fire stones wondering what to run for a rear suspension ajustable coil overs or air bags truck will street driven and on the track. any suggestions . thanks

personally i would run adjustable coilovers more precise fine tuning can be made to get that thing to launch straight

I was thinking coil-overs,too.How do you go about the D60 set-up?What is it out of?Was it 8-lug?

D60 came out of a 68 3/4 ton then i cut the ends off then i weld a set of 8 3/4 ends from m/w enterprise part #603049

Thanks Seven-o,will do.Her`s one thing that makes this site so cool for me.Was you D60 from a coil-spring 3/4t or did you have to change perches.That`s what I`ll have to do with the rear outta my`71 3/4t I parted-out.

it was from a leaf spring 3/4 ton. it was 8 lug and i took all the old axels and got a set of moser 40 spline gun drilled axels with a five on 4 3/4 bolt pattern. and took everything off my diff when i shortened it to 35 inches rotor to rotor. i built my own mounts to fit it into the 2x3 frame rails. i also have ladder bars with ajustable coil over shocks for the suspension.
