Interest in 72 Suburban?????

Local yard has 72 Suburban to part. Front brakes gone, front fenders gone, windshield gone. All 3 doors available with door panels, glass, regulators etc.
Hood available, rear hatch and gate available, steering column avail., side glass avail., 2nd and 3rd seats with brackets available. I am assuming the interior rear panels are available. Dash pad is gone. Don't know the grill condition or core support. Motor is small block - short block only left.

This posting to judge interest in doors/seats/hatch & gate.

Give me an idea of price and desirability.

Thanks - Bob

I am guessing that the column is not a tilt, right? If it is, I would be interested....

Parts

Cornutz - Column is non-tilt. Sorry. Did you get ahold of Mike at Grumpy's Place?

Red - I will pull the doors if still there on Sunday. Also the hood if you want it. I have other hoods if it is not good. PM me with your phone # and I will call tomorrow morning shortly after they open - 9AM. The front doors looked good with glass. The door handle on the driver door is gone and the door remote spring is broken. The glass regulator splines are shot - handle will not work. Passenger door was jammed shut - would not open - but we did not try very hard. Passenger outside handle might also be missing. I left the wrecking yard at noon and those parts were still there. The driver fender was gone and the passenger side fender was smacked - maybe why the door did not open. Both doors had speaker holes cut out - very poor job - but could work around it. Price will be in the $150.00 range each. Give me an idea if you are interested. Will be out for dinner tonight but will check back tonight.

I'm not interested, but the 2nd & 3rd seat brackets are hard to come by. I've seen them go for up to $75. Also the rear panels, if in good shape can fetch top dollar.

Neonlarry - Thank you for the info. Do you mean the legs, etc. or the holddowns? The legs were there but no hold downs. The side panels behind the doors - like over the wheelwells were MIA.

I will have to pass, I'm looking for something really clean without rust or speaker holes. I don't even need glass, just clean shells to cut down for my blazer.

thanks
