72 disc on 63 truck

Posted this on the 63 board but only got a couple of responses wanted to see if any one over had ever put or seen someone put 72 disc on a 63 truck. If so how hard would it be

I know it can be done but i think the balljoint need to be changed and the outer tie rod ends.You can use the spinadles up to 87 for them i think

easy enough , just use the 72 upper and lower control arms, spindeles and steering linkage , or if you have the complete parts truck just switch the crossmember as a complete units its only like 14 bolts

Brake Upgrade

I did this upgrade about 9 years ago on my 62'. Sent a write-up on this upgrade to then SPORT TRUCK magazine. If you haven't started, I could find the article and scan-email this info to you
