Just like the title says. I need the rod that goes from the alternator bracket to the head.
Post here with price please.

think I have what you need. Is it the bracket thats about 12 inches long with a curve to it. I got that one. 10 plus a buck or two to ship.

Sounds like description of 72 only BB alternator bracket support rod.

Sounds like 68-71 alt bracket to me.

I think he's talking about the rod that goes from the alt to the intake? It's just a piece of round stock with a bend on each end (and a hole through). I didn't think the earlier ones had it, but they later added it for additional support because the alternator brackets were cracking. I could be wrong though. I have one. I'll try to take a pic tonight. Brian
