Rear Seat clamp source,maybe

Anyone ever tried either of these as a possible source:

Conversion Vans- rear seat /bed hold downs?
Cannot find one to look out, but seems years ago I saw a similar setup in one.

Older school bus seats?
Checked two Friday, bolted to floor. Seems like when I was a kid they had rounded leg frames clamped to the floor.

Just a thought.
