Could someone post a picture of the wiring plug adapter that
you use to plug a truck wiring harness into a Van Tilt column?

Does anyone have the part number as well?

Thanks Larry!!

What I want to do is remove the wires from the flat plug, and rewire them into the horseshoe plug. Even willing to by the adapter just to make sure I get the wires right, and then I would resell the adapter. (Still hoping that someone can post a close up picture of the adapter) Super Duck? If you find it, can you post a picture?

Here you go.
I think the terminals are different on the van plug. I started mine, and then realized that they van terminal would not go into the horseshoe. I haven't started to look for the correct terminal. If worse comes to worse I will cut them off with about an inch of wire and solder the right terminals on. I am pretty sure the terminals should be pretty easy to find though.

The ends are definitely different. The horseshoe ends are square shaped as shown above. The van ends are a flat blade style on the end of the turn signal wires and slotted recepticle on the adapter end.

well, it looks liek the wiring is a one for one swap on the plugs, now off to the electronic store to see if they have the correct plugs (the square ones as Bob mentioned).

Thanks all!!! Really appreciate all of your help. It is hard nowadays to get to the junkyard for researcing this stuff now that I have a little guy to look after.
