Any dealings with GMPARTSDIRECT

Has anyone on here had any dealings with them on a damaged part . I received my passenger side door panel today and it is broken . I contacted their customer service but I am sure it will take a while for them to get back to me . I also did not find a phone number anywhere on their website . Anyone have a phone number on them ? I hope that there is another door panel available since my driver side arrived in perfect shape . That makes two busted brand new GM pass door panels . My crappy luck ! Frank

For future reference, buy your GM parts from Dal at VanDevere. His prices are the same (if not better) than GMPartsDirect, and he has reasonable shipping rates, where GMPD is a ripoff. He also has personalized service.

(877) 448-5451 or lockitup@bright.net

If you don't know who Dal is, go here:

The guy is a legend!
