question about washer on right front cab mount

I just pulled my body off of my 72 chevy, I noticed on the right front cab mount there is like a washer with a lip that slidles into the body mount hole, this is only on the right front can mount, is this normal? I did not find anything like it on the other mounts? anyone have a idea of what this could be?? thanks for your time.
