the wheel thing is what happens when you do a dramatic drop. some people go through the effort & move the X-member forward.

WES, that is sweeeeeet!!!!!

I'm confused?? Why would the wheels move back when you drop a truck?? The wheels only move up and down ....................don't they?????

They do move back, it's all about the Geometry, and I haven't taken a Geometry class for 12 years, so I can't explain it

They don't move back as long as you are talking about suspension dropping via springs or bags using stock control arms and nothing crazy. I have bags on the front and my front wheels don't move back at all even when they are aired all the way out...

In the side shot, if anything it seems to be turned very little to the right? Just looks like it is set back a bit to me still. Not trying to make issue, just curious

I've seen plenty of static dropped 67-72 trucks and the front wheels aren't back that far in any others I've noticed.

Here is the 4/6 stance shot from the ECE webpage...

Yeah, that truck doesn't look any lower than a 4/6. It's still a really nice truck though.

wish i had gotten my 454SS rims when i sold mine, they guy wouldnt buy it without them, but they look so sweet on one of these trucks

That is impossible. The centerline of your front wheels never changes no matter how much it's dropped.
