Junkyard, but you probably need to find one as soon as it makes its way to the junkyard since many times they stay in the truck and get ruined by the weather.

May want to try ebay. I have seen some great deals on there, as long as you get lucky and find one that you can pick up, or someone real close so shipping isn't killer. I've seen em go as low as 50 bucks and as high as 4 or 5 hundred on ebay. A typical yard price (here in SC cuase I called a few places last summer) was around 350 to 500 per seat. Anything leather out of a newer truck was around 7 to 8 hundred. I've also read some posts were guys bought their leather seats from a swap meet and paid less than $200 bucks. Hope this info helps.

I just bought some Hummer H2 04-05 Leather 2nd row seats for $199 off Ebay today. Shipping will be between $100-$150 for me. I wanted to go with something a bit different than the Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban seats most guys are using. These tilt forward, but they don't slide. For me, I'm tall so that doesn't bother me a bit.

I bought a nice 60-40 bench from a '92 Silverado for $50 off Craigs List (craigslist.org). All the yards I called wanted $200+ for anything close to what I got.

Nice seats go quick too.

Got my '98 Suburban seats for $75 off e-bay, and GMan69 got his even cheaper. Even our local yards only ask $100-$200 for a set of seats.

If that fails, get a brick, a stick, or a rock and head out to the local mall parking lot. You can find almost any seat you want there.

That's funny putter but seriously, last summer I called/went to about 7 differnt yards looking for various parts, and I asked about seats at each one, they ALL told me somewhere from 3-5 hundred and for leather seats a couple places wanted 700+ !!!!!
