Project 67 Pics. Finished (kinda) - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Here are some pics. I still need the carpet when it arrives, a few bolts in the box floor and a bit of wet sanding and polishing. Black seat belts would be perfered nut not easy to find. I am runnning hedman chevelle shortys PN68600 1 5/8" primary into 3" exhaust over the stock tranny crossmember into Super 40's. It's tucked above the frame rails. Northwest Auto Fab motor mounts are a must. They move the motor to the 6 cyl position. Battery is on the frame behind the pass side cab coroner. it's a 355 and a 700R. Awesome setup. Tires are 8" rallys with 275/60's and the front are 7" van rallys with 255 60's I think the fronts are too wide they scrub the pavement. Full lock turns are omost impossible. I need to change them to a narrower tire. No frame or inner fender rubbing at all. Seat is from a 98 with the headrest removed and recovered in leather.

looking sweet Mario. Thats the first I have seen of the seat. What did it come out of, the back looks really comfyyyy.

O and it's not that Orange. Torch Red is the Colour.
The seat is form a 98 chevy. Super Comfy. I have had it on the road a week have 1000 miles and only 1 speeding ticket. I guess that's oky.

I was fortunate even to see this truck in person and meet Mario and his girlfriend Lindsey last week. The truck is absolutlely breathtaking in person. The time and thought that went into where well choreographed. There are so many subtle alterations that it just blew me away. I hope that you decide not to sell it too buy a house, cause then my wife will want me to do the same. Although it might be reality if a little one is on the way, we will just wait and see.
