ive got a new brain
i was at my uncle's house today and got to talking to him about my truck, knowing that he used to have a fully built 86 silverado 305, and he mentioned that he had some old heads laying behind the shed. he GAVE them to me. he ran them for about 200 miles and then got some others cause he couldn't run 87 octane with these. i know they are bored 10 and have new springs and valves and such. they are a lil rusty so im gonna take em apart and polish them and at the same time port it a lil... i forgot what cc he said they were either 158 or 185???
go ahead and say it: ![]() i will get them tomorrow, i am at my parents house visiting right now... |

Nice! Hopefully you can clean them up good since they were sitting out behind the shed.

They were probably 58cc. combustion chambers with somewhere around 160-170cc intake runners.
