I'd go with 2" drop spindles from McGaughy's or Early Classic (ECE) and 2 or 3" drop springs, but with 3" drop springs up front and being static that's pretty low. In rear you can get 5" drop springs. Any more than that and you'll have no travel left. axles gonna be on the frame. Gonna need to notch.

Are we talking 63-72 truck here?
I always do a 2.5 inch spindle and a 2 inch spring in the front for 4.5 total. No problems with alignment or rubbing and it will still ride fine. Both ECE and McGaugeys spindles are 2.5 inch drop, not 2. Bell Tech makes a 3 inch drop spindle now too. I do not agree with 67 fleet on the rear. Anyone can sell you a 6 inch rear spring, and there is no need to notch the frame for a 6 inch rear drop. Here's my 6 inch rear ECE drop. Notice how much room is between the frame and axle. You can put your fist between the axle and frame. I hauled a fully dressed 454 big block and a turbo 400 trans in the bed and it still didn't bottom out. That's better than 700 pounds of load. No bumps or rubbing.
