who has the best price on wiring harnesses for my 69 cst?

If you're going to do the whole thing, I think a Painless harness might be the way to go. I think you can get those through Summit, but I'm not sure. I did mine in sections, and I used M&H
from GMCPaul. They make really nice harnesses, just like original, but it sure wasn't cheap. That doesn't really answer your question, but maybe it'll help.

Summit Racing, used to have the cheapest prices on the 12 and the 18 circuit Painless wiring kits for our trucks. I know they went up not long after I bought mine though.
