Doh

Now that the wife is gone, i thoguht I'd get some work done on the Longhorn. So i went out there after work and ripped out the under hood harness so i can make a couple repairs, and clean it up, and all that happy crap.
No sooner than the harness hits the blacktop, my dad comes out and remindes me that next weekend we are going to repave the driveway....
GRRRRRRR
I was figuring on not installing it till the GMC clip goes on, which should be when the next engine goes in...be it a caddy or a cammed out 350.
Guess I'll have to hot wire it. Not like it has a master cylinder in there anyways.
*Sigh*

Thats what i love (and hate) about these trucks, the wiring
is so simple you can hot wire one in 5 minutes . The wire
going to my starter solienoid (sp) fell out of the connector a
while back, so i put a wire with alligator clips on the connector,
turned the key to the ON position, poped the hood and touched
the wire to the battery to crank the motor . I did that for about 3
days until i got around to dropping the starter to fix the connection.
