Need measurements of blazer tank!!
I am looking for the measurements for the blazer tank that fits the trucks best? Could some of yall help me out? I have a swb step side.

Any 69-72 blazer tank will fit under any stock 67-72 truck bed but you will have to remove the spare ----hardware---and if fleetside, cut the lower portion of the floor support. they basically will bolt up to the frame between the crossmembers. You will need to decide where to arrange the filler. Pretty easy upgrade.

I pulled a tank off a '71 Blazer and mounted it under the bed of my '70 LBS. Later when the tank finally wore out completly, I replaced it with a JC Whitney tank which fit right up.
FWIW, I plumbed the fuel inlet out the rear of the left fender using the inlet and gromet from off the old Blazer. Looks like it was built that way. |
