cab and front clip help plez

this may sound stuipid but here it goes, i have a 1980 3/4 ton 4x4 i am fixing up, the cap is shot, i have a nice cab off a 1984, i was told it will fit, the thing i am wondering is will the front clip off the 1980 fit that cab, i want the round head lights and i like that hood better, but i know the wipers are different can it be done easyly or not???????? plez help me

yes it can be done make shure you get the mounts for the year of the frame and you will have to change a few things but yes it will work i put a 87 cab on a 77 4x4 so i know that it will work...

i know the cab will fit but can i use the 80 front clip??? or do i have to use the the one off the 84 with the dual head lights??? i really like the round ones and i like the 80,s hood better.

Yes the 80 clip will work.

what wiper linkage should i use i know they are different?
anything else i really need to look out for?? plez help i hate learning for myself i like to learn from other peoples mistakes.
