Exclamation Scored at the Salvaged Yard Today!

I went to the local salvage yard today and they have a 69-70 Chevrolet that was a catering/deli truck.

I got the intact, pristine heater controls, the ash tray, the fiber optic pointer cable, and the turn signal cancelling cam all for $20.

I'm going back tomorrrow to get the automatic colum and turned back ram horn exhaust manifolds off it.

On a scale of 10, I'd rate the outer grill an 8, anf the chrome front bumper an 8 also.

I'm sure I'll find other stuff I want off it. It has factory guages. I think it was a 2-barrel with original breather. I'll take my camera tomorrow in case there is something some needs.

Going to grab the bumper? Is it bent? From what I have read, the originals are thicker than the repos..might be worth taking.

I took some pictures today; however, they are on my work camera. I do not have a download cable for it at home. The bumper is fine. I do think they are thicker. I was climbing out from under a hood today, and I thought the fenders were alot more sturdy than my repro ones. Some other small items I can grab if someone needs then are:

1 automatic shifter linkage
1 throttle linkage (rod type)
2 heater controls

I'll post picture of the truck when I can. One of them is a Custom Camper20 that was made into a tow truck.
