Is the woodgrain the same?
My dad bought a woodgrain dash bezel and glove box piece for his 72 Cheyenne Super. 10 years later his Cheyenne interior is still unfinished and I need one for my 69 CST. Are these pieces the same? The glove box has 3 holes for the Cheyenne Super emblem. Is this the same for a CST emblem?

So your saying that a dash and a glove box door on a 69 CST should have no wood grain on it?
I'm sort of brain dead this summer, Does anybody have a pic I could look at of a factory CST interior

Low69, what I meant to say was, Cheyenne didn't come out until 71. I'm not sure if woodgrain was available on the CST or not. I know that woodgrain lower body trim was available on CST in 69, I'm just not sure about the interior. Anybody know for sure?

I have never seen a pre 71 truck with a woodgrain instrument bezel or glove box lid, CST or otherwise. I don't think that it became an option untill 71... WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

That's what I was thinking Wes, that the woodgrain interior didn't become available until the Cheyenne model in 71. But I wasn't positive - everytime I think something is a "sure thing" with the 67-72 models, somebody comes up with an exception.

A friend of mine knows where an original 69 CST is sitting in a warehouse, i've asked him 10 times to take me with him when he go looks at it to buy it, but still haven't heard anything. I could take 20 pages of notes lookin at that truck.
