difference in springs
anybody know what the difference between those 6" easyride springs and just normal 6" heavy duty springs, are the easyrides really that much nicer.i have the heavyduty ones now,and they ride a bit rough, but i also have some easyrides that i thought about installing,so if they truly are nicer,i guess i will have some 6" front springs for a 72 chevy for sale,

What brand? Usually the only difference between the two is an additional short leaf at the bottom of the spring pack to "stiffen" the ride. This was the case with my 2" tuff country springs. Usually the HD is for an increase in weight capacity with out loosing ride height, i.e. they assume a heavy winch bumper or big block, etc...

the differences usually are that on the easy ride springs, the end of the leafs are tapered and thin out; compared to the regular HD springs having a consistent leaf thickness all the way out to the ends.
