Replacing the wheel studs...
What is the easiest way of doing this?
I had one snap off on the freeway and I have tried using a punch on it and it didn't seem to work. I will drill that one out. But how about getting the others out and most importantly, the new ones in?

when you tighten the wheel it will pull the new ones in. you can press the old ones out. squirt it with some lube and try again later.

your going to need to hit them fairly hard to get them out. i usually use an air chissel with a punch bit and it knocks em right out

Can I use a hammer? Can I hurt anything by whacking too hard on it?
