tach pics

looking to install a tach thinking column or dash any pics of these or any other easy cool places? Also what is the sujested idle on these 68 th400.

here is one and its for sale 300.00 with the matching glove box and the other gauge for the center hole!

Motor only:
6.44 1/8 @ 104.13
10.39 1/4 @ 125.83

Nitrous Times:
5.785 1/8 @ 118.65 with a 1.336 60ft
9.168 1/4 @ 142.58 with a 250 shot dead out of the hole!

I have a floor shifter now but I believe the column still moves without interference from the tach.

if you place the tach on the column like that, the reflection in the windshield will be right in your line of sight when you cruise at night.

i'll second that ... i usely dim my dash light to about nothing... but i definetly notice that downside ... i have a sunpro as well .. i took out the light bulb and painted it with a green sharpy marker and it almost perfectly matchs the stock green color ... im not a huge fan of super bright dash lights

Heres mine "Old School". PO installed a Smith tack and I added a pro-lite. I dont think that I could ever punch holes in a dash pad, but he did, so untill it cracks and I have to replace it ....there it stays.
