Re: FINALLY a floor shift tilt column!

Nice! I almost bid on that one too, but figured it was one of us that was the high bidder. When you get tired of it, I'll take it off your hands!!

Re: FINALLY a floor shift tilt column!

Please explain further. I know what all those words mean just not all together. I know what tilt column is but explain "floor shift tilt column."

Is having tilt very rare?

Re: FINALLY a floor shift tilt column!

The floor shift tilt column means it is a column without the shift handle on the right side. Most people who bought these trucks new bought an automatic tranny if they bought one with tilt.

I know it took me a long time to find one, but it was worth the wait.

Re: FINALLY a floor shift tilt column!

Yeah, it's in Northern Cal so it should get to me quickly. Paid this morning. If he ships it by tomorrow, i should have in a day or two and in the truck on Saturday.
I've been waiting for many months now. Almost gave up. Got this one for $330 and its rebuilt to almost new.

Re: FINALLY a floor shift tilt column!

Nice buy!!!
I was high bidder on a different one this week, but apparently someone talked him out of it, he cancelled all bids and ended the auction early. I HATE THAT!!
