Don't know about the "best" place, but here's some options for ya:
LMC, mothertruckers.net, Year One, Classic Performance. I haven't ordered anything from LMC or year one. I've ordered from Classic Performance and am very happy with the product and shipping times. Also, I talked to Mothertruckers today and was VERY impressed with the guy I spoke to on the phone. I'll be buying a tailgate from them very soon. Also, their shop is pretty close to my parent's house so I'll be checking it out in person which is always nice.

Every time someone asks who to call, I always say Athey's. Bill is a board vendor here and every time I've called answers the phone himself. I do know he's had some health problems lately but I'd bet If someone is filling in for him they are just as good. He's prices are in line with everyone else and to me it's like dealing with your small hometown store. It's just nice to know the person on the other end of the phone knows more about our trucks that you or I do.

I bought mine from Tim Christian (Christians Classics) he sells more than 1 kind some come all the way to the back of the cab instead of being cut out for the gas tank! He also sell a piece for the back of the cab if you remove the tank!
