69-85 xmember disc part diff?

Does anyone know what extra or modified parts i will need to complete my disc brake swap or does everything just bolt right up. i'm changing the stock crossmember w/ the drums to a 85 disc x member . i'm still down to the frame right now so i 'm not sure what i need to make it bolt up to rest of truck. if i knew ahead of time i can have the parts ready to rock.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I think so as long as the truck it came off of was disc/drum. I will try to post a pic of my setup that I just took...
