gmc and chevy body parts swap?

Hey can i put a gmc grill on a chevy cab?Or vise versa?What about fenders,hood?

yes, but there are a few differences depending on the year. if i am not mistaken 68-72 are pretty much all the same for both gmc and chevy.

Yes,there are differences,but everything is interchangeable.Since GMCs had dual headlights,the core supports are GMC only and requires for the grille.The GMC fenders are the same all the way through this bodystyle as well as the 67/68 Chevys.Except,the`67s had no holes for side markers.Although the GMC hoods interchange year for year(same two styles)with Chevys,there is a peice for the grille that goes on the leading edge of the hood on Custom`68s and 69-72 GMCs.
