how hard is it to replace the stock old window regulators with some new repros, is it just remove old bolt up new? Or is it a pain?

There is a faq on it, it takes a little wrestling to do it but like jhow66 says, definitely worth it. The hardest part is getting the window channel to align with the rollers.
