front panels on 67-72

other then the light/lenses in the front quarter are there any other differences in those fenders?

67 chevy and gmc fenders are the same, 68 chevy and 68-72 gmc fenders are the same, 69-72 chevy fenders are the same. 67-68 chevy and gmc hoods are the same, 69-72 chevy and gmc hoods are the same. Core supports are the same with the exception of where the buckets for the headlights are mounted.
