$6.00 score

I was out at the local boneyard a few weeks ago and ran across a van tilt. Someone had taken the steering wheel. I didn't have the time to pull it out, so I just took the shift lever hoping that would keep someone from taking it. I went back and the whole van had been crushed. Since I was out there I browsed through the Jeeps and came across this item. It fits great and with the van tilt shift lever. Yes I know the horn button says Jeep, but I'll get it taken care of soon.

One question about my truck, it is a Sierra Grande. The glove box door is black with the wood trim, the dash is chrome with the wood trim. Is this normal?

Thanks.

Did this require any mods? Or did it bolt right up?, Who cares if it says Jeep. That can always be fixed. Looks good, especially once you get a new steering wheel.

The column is the stock GMC tilt. The steering wheel bolted right up. Uses the same horn assembly under the cap. The Jeep column is about 1/4 inch larger in diameter so it doesn't line up exactly, but for $6.00 it will do.

I think what he is showing us is the jeep steering wheel - that is what he found - not the tilt column.
