Need a quick measurement...
I picked up a front crossmember today for my 72 half ton so I could chop it.. Could someone measure inside to inside width for me this thing looks tweaked.. from center bolt to center bolt.. Any help would be great...

I've got a fresh 3/4T rolling chassis out back and a flashlight, but I'm not sure what measurement you want. The 3/4 and yours should be the same I think.

The frame is tapered in that area. I'll go measure it up now.

The frame is narrower toward the front (29 1/8")
The rear is 30 1/8" I still could figure out what you meant by the center bolt, as there are 4 that go horizontally through the frame, and 3 that go down through... My measurements are taken outside of frame to outside of frame, right at the front and rear of those big angle thingys. (D)
