Ball joint spacers allow more travel w/ HD springs?
I want to raise the front using HD springs since lift spindles aren't available, but hear that there isn't much extension due to the upper control arm almost to the bump stop. I've seen some people use ball joint spacers to allow more suspension travel on other trucks. Could the upper ball joint be spaced to allow more extension when using HD springs to raise the front on a 2wd C10? Thanks

Re: Ball joint spacers allow more travel w/ HD springs?
Wouldn't it just cause the upper arm to come up higher and not help? I'm not sure if it would work or not. I installed new HD springs and raised my truck 3" from the factory worn out springs.
