15" dia. and about 9" lip to lip for an 8" rally rim.

I think I may have found some. I measured and got a little over 3 1/2 on the 6 lug rally. I need to measure again just to be sure. I think Chuck is right on.

I dont think there is room for a center cap that dosent bolt on. The center hole on gm truck ralleys fits snug on the center of the axle. Thats what centers the wheel. If i missunderstood the question then disregard this comment.
Also if you lay a tape accross a 15" wheel...it measures 16" ..at least mine do.
