Re: Fluid question
Any GL-5 gear oil for the diffs and NP205 transfer case. 80-90w is a good compromise between 75-90w and straight 90w. The TH350 auto trans fluid should stay separate from the adapter and xfer case if the seals do their job.
If either diff has a clutch-pack limited slip, then limited slip additive is warranted.

Re: Fluid question
If you get 80-90 or 75-90 with the GL-5 rating it will be posi friendly.

Compatible with synthetic and petroleum gear oils and most limited slip differentials. If limited slip chatter occurs, add AMSOIL Slip-Lock friction modifier additive. Boss, friction modifier is available at dealers, most auto parts stores, 4x4 acc stores, and speed shops. On line too, of course, but shipping on a couple oz would be ridiculous.
