3/4 ton 4x4 for sale...

To begin with, I WILL POST PICS TOMORROW (Sat.,Mar. 4th) as it is dark on the east side. The frame and running gear are 69 to 70, the VIN Plate says 71, and the title says 72. As someone today called it a mut truck. I have had the truck about 3 years and drove it daily until it blew a head gasket on the way home from work. It is a 350, 4-speed w/granny low, dana's front and rear. I just put $ 1700.00 in the trans and transfer case before it blew the head gasket. The body is ruff but I have seen worse. I am asking $1800.00 as is. If it does not sell by May I am going to strip the 3/4 ton running gear out of it and put it in my 1/2 ton short bed 4x4 when I return from my 3-year stint over seas in 2009. The frame has a rust issue but I have the parts to fix it that I got off of Greenhornmale in California. I live in Manassas, Va.. Tune in Saturday for pictures.

Re: 3/4 ton 4x4 for sale...

The guy I bought the truck off of said they were 456 gears. Posi, I'm not sure as I have never had it apart or had it in the mud to let it eat. The transmission was rebuilt with some knew parts and parts from a doner trans. that came with another transfer case bolted to it. The transmission shop just swapped the transfer case off the doner for the one that was in the truck because it looked better. I have never had any problems with the rear ends. The transmission was the only issue as it looked like a grenade went off in side it.
