200r4 vs 700r4, what.....

theres a topic here a member is installing a 200r4 in his truck. l need to know what is the better choice for our trucks and why the 200r4 or 700r4. with one will have the lower RPM? Also im thinking of installing a crate engine of 330 HP. So let me know your inputs

the 200 4R (not r4) will cruise at a lower RPM in overdrive, the forst gear isn't as deep so there isn't such a drop in RPM between first and second, it is the same size externally as a short shaft TH350 and uses the same yoke.
330 horse with good traction and driven hard would probably be about the most you'd want to put to a stiock 200 4R, but with a few m0ods, it is a far better tranny than the 700 R4.

1969 Fleetside:
Shortened frame for SWB, ECE 4-6 drop. ECE SS tank. All new ECE suspension. Rebuilt 12 bolt 3:73 with Eaton Posi. Front and rear disc brakes. Ramjet 350 and 700r-4 trans.
20" Centerline wheels with Kumho 295/45/20 tires (I hope they fit).
