Thumbs up '65 c10 with 1969 Dual Master Cylinder *fixed*

Thanks to everyone who replied and pm'd with tips, tricks and methods for fixing and troubleshooting.

Here is what I wound up doing... in case yer curious.

I appreciate the advice.

---------------------------------

I put a line of clear plastic tubing on each bleeder valve, submerged in fresh brake fluid with all of the valves cracked open... then I proceeded to pump the brakes. About every 5 pedal strokes I'd check the fluid in the reservoir. I did this for a good while until I had fluid in the lines and no bubbles or air coming out.

Then I went around and closed each bleeder off...

Then I bled each wheel in sequence... and had a strong pedal... I waited awhile... then I bled each one again, to be sure.

I had to adjust the brake pedal rod just a small bit to keep the stop light switch from coming on... and ta-da.

I took it out and drove it around... it seems to be happy now.

Thank you to everyone for all of the replies, tips, advice, methods and things to check, etc..
