my truck is leaning.
My truck leans a little to the front pass side when parked on a level surface. I assume it is a worn out spring but is there anything else I need to look for?
Also if it is the spring how hard is that to replace and do I need to do both if I do one? thanks

It is not hard to replace the coils up front. Just take the tension off with a floor jack, remove the lower ball joint, then let the jack down. Be carefull with your brake lines. You should replace both springs. They are both 34-39 years old and if one is sagging, then when you put in a new one, the other side will look sagged.

check radiator support mounts too mine rotted out and fell to the passenger side

It would be easiest to park on a slight hill.
Most fun would be to drink enough beer to adjust for the tilt.

Park on a flat surface and measure from the ground to the frame on both side to be sure it is the spring before you buy them. The rubber mounts might be shot or like said above the rad support rust or front cab mount/support could be gone.
