SEE TEN at Hilltop Farms

I had to run up to my dad's yesterday to borrow a drill and happened to have the camera with me. He has some acreage with a small stable where they board a couple of horses. I think it's got a pretty good view and thought I would share a couple pictures. It was really overcast yesterday so the truck showed up very red in the pictures instead of its true Medium Red.

I really like the pics. You did a good job with backgrounds. I expecially like the last one on this page.

Thanks for the compliment man. I wont be at Conyers this weekend but we are going to try to hit the downtown cruise in over in Dalton. It's a good one, it brings out over 300 rides on a regular basis.

Very nice pics, truck too! What drop combo do you have on that one? I really like the stance. Also, what is the tire size front and rear?

Thanks man! I dropped it with a 2.5" spindle and a 1" coil in the front. The rear has a 6" dropped spring. I also converted to a one piece driveshaft and installed the Early Classic extreme drop crossmember. In these photos I was still running 15x8 wheels with a 275/60 on all four corners.

Excellent! That just means I need to drop the front of mine another 1" and the rear another 1.5" and it will set prefect! Oh, did you notch the frame for the 6" drop, or not?

Again, very nice ride! I can't wait to get mine back together again.

Early Classic claims that a 6" spring will leave 3" between the frame and axle and it wont bottom out. I ended up having about 2.5" between the frame and axle (could be the weight of the spray-in bedliner) and it will bottom out occasionaly. A notch is probably in my future. I don't like to have to creep around trying to keep it from bottoming out.
