Omg!!!! Look What I Got!

OMFG! Back in March when i got the Longhorn, OLDCHEV said he would keep an eye open for a turn signal switch with factory cruise control...LOOK WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL TODAY!!!!
P.S. OLDCHEV, if you are lurking...I'm calling you tonight...been trying to e-mail you.

LOL I think 69 was the first year, maybe 70. I know the Longhorn has cruise, and needed this switch desperately.
LMC has the switch, but it isn't cheap. I'm willing to bet that Wes or Paul can get you a better deal.

Andy...you are welcome. My wife asked me "Aren't you gonna call and tell him or email him". I said no, this is what chevy truck dreams are made of!! I got the switch at Carlisle in June, but just now got around to sending it. The guy told me that its for a 71 or 72, and I did see a 72 at the show with the same switch. The 69 and 70 switch was crome and looked like a little top hat on the end. Very hard to find.. But this one will work...69 was first year for cruise...Enjoy!!!

Don't forget the cars too. My mom had a 79 Z28 with cruise and the switch looked exactly like this one. I would guess that most 1970s GMs had the same, unless it was a upper end Caddy or Buick with the resume button (and wiper controls).
