Vacuum line diagram/help

I recently put a rebuilt 350 in my 68 C-10. Wiring is underway but installing new vacuum lines is baffling me. Installed on the motor is a new Edelbrock performer carb, HEI distributor, and the rest is nothing special. I also installed a new master cylinder/booster from CCP. I know this is a pretty standard setup but I did not think to document which vacuum lines went where before tearing my truck down to the frame. Right now I just want to get the motor running and brakes functioning but might as well install all the vacuum lines correctly. Any help would be appreciated!
