hello, from texas. new to this web page, let me introduce myself, Im 31, I just like classic trucks. I currently have a 1971 short bed, low wheel base bed chevy pickup. I need to upgrade the engine and transmission, currently has all original 6cyl. straight engine, with the original stick shift manual 4 gear transmission.

Re: hello from texas
welcome from weatherford,tx
there is nothing wrong with the original 6cyl.engine and a 4 speed.i would upgrade to power steering and power brakes if you don't already have them. |
