Where to put speakers

Alright, So I picked up my 6 1/2 inch speakers yesterday, and now, i am wondeirng if i should make kick panel enclosures, or just put them in the door of my 68?

If I should put them in the door, could someone give me a walk through of how to take off the door panel? I am kind of thinking this is what i am going to do anyways. Long as i don't lose too much sound.
