Small block, 5 spd in for bigblock V6, 3 spd

Starrting to gather parts to convert our 63 GMC from the 305 V6 w/ 3 speed to smallblock w/5 speed. Who's got tips for me? I want to convert to powersteering and power disk brakes also. I know that all I need for the disc brakes are the complete a-arm assemblies from a 72. What do I run for a pedal setup to allow for power brakes and the clutch pedal? What do I need for the engine/trans swap? What will I need for a rear crossmember?

Thanks to all.

get a full front crossmember from a 73-84 1/2ton it's almost a direct bolt in you will have to drill a couple holes only, check truck faqs for more info and past post.
