Bed repair parts?

I got a nice bedside that is straight, but the inside has some small issues. The yard cut the bed floor to remove it and I noticed the bolt hole holding the floor are rusted out. Is there a patch panel that I can weld in to replace the square bolt holes that mount the side to the floor?

I have looked and found nothing, any help would be great.

Does nobody know? Is there no patch panel for the inside wall where the side mounts to the floor?

Not that we know of. Would not be hard to fabricate

I think Classic Industries sells some bed repair panels.

It's the square holes I'm host concerned with. Should I just get a punch I guess? It seems to be a common place for rust, so I figured there was someone who made a strip I could just cut and weld.

Guess it will be a little more work than that. Thanks.

Re: Bed repair parts?

We sell pre-bent 90 angles that are 60" wide. by 5.1/2" high for like $8.00 each plus shipping, but anyone with a brake can make one. These pieces are less than 24" long and you can buy a fairly inexpensive brake that can bend it. We sell brakes also but you can generally find someone that has one. Custom sign shops have em. Of course fab shops have them
The holes you can file out square with a small file. Not a whole lot of work.
