'71 Longhorn Bed
No dents, no scrapes...nearly perfect...even good wood and nice wheel wells. Slight surface rust at the seam. No tailgate and the camper shell does not go with it. $500...no shipping unless you arrange.

Re: '71 Longhorn Bed
Andy, It is just about perfect. I got it because I thought the bed on my small block Longhorn had too many dents but Mark (elkhunter) pulled out the one big crease before we traded. Now this is just extra. I was thinking of painting it Anniversary gold and making a matching trailer out of it. I may do that since it really does not need any work...scuff and paint! Shipping would be a killer!

Re: '71 Longhorn Bed
Keep it as a camper trailer or sell it to me as a camper trailer for swap meets - Bob. Seriously
How much for the camper shell?

Re: '71 Longhorn Bed
Bob, Sorry...been traveling. castiron9 bought the shell for his Longhorn. That shell is the only Longhorn shell I have EVER seen! Maybe Longhornman has seen another one. The frame on this Longhorn is PERFECT! I do have another fiberglass canopy that was modified to fit my big block Longhorn box. It has an aluminmum extension and it would be great for a parts hauler. It would also fit on the this frame and box. Let's talk at the swap meet on Saturday...or just stop and take look on the way since I right on the cow trail (167) to Monroe.
longhorn70GMC...that's what I keep thinking and I could spray it when I paint the Longhorn...same color. It would look really KEWL! I even have some nice Ansen 16.5 slots for it...LOL! I guess that is why I have not been in much of a hurry to sell it.

Re: '71 Longhorn Bed
That is nice! I would make a matching trailer out of it...would make a great combination.
