trailer hitch problem
I just bought a 66 c10 lwb to haul some stuff for the shop. I ordered a drawtite class 4 hitch part # 41903. I am trying to install it and it does not seem to fit. The frame back by the bumper looks to be notched out about the last 8-10 inches, if i drill the holes to mount the hitch the holes will be right on the edge of the frame. The holes for the rear mounting will have pletty of frame to attach to, Anybody have this problem or was my frame notched out, it looks like a factory cut though. Thanks

Re: trailer hitch problem
no one has a trailer hitch on a 66 c10 or even can tell me if their frame is straight in the rear or cut out?

Re: trailer hitch problem
my frame is straight. (65) don't know if it matters but mine was originally a cab and chassis.
