EBAY truck...1968 C-10 short, step in Marietta, GA.
Item # 160000154771
In case any of you were watching this truck......I went and looked at it today. It is a 3 on the tree, 6cyl. truck. Short step 2x4. It is all there and running but thats as far as it goes. It has spent a lot of time sitting. There is a lot of rust. In my opinion...the entire bed , rockers, cab corners and doors need replacing. It is a 3 guage dash. Engine was VERY oily but that was probably from the oil bath air cleaner. Has descent tires and i think all 4 original hub caps. Original seat but drivers area was torn. Front grill assembly was a weak driver quality at best. In my opinion it has currently exceeded what I would pay for it but I am used to southern vehicles. I live about 2 miles from the truck if anyone needs it picked up and stored for a short time. Last edited by 72freak; 05-15-2006 at 08:45 PM. |

someone in my neighborhood (grant park area, about 20 miles south of that truck) had a red 69-70 short stepside for sale @ $1,000 (still running too) for sale recently. i wanted to buy, but couldn't pull it off. looked nice.
