the pins are there and it is new,but it is missing the retainer clips for the pins.

That shifter looks like it is for the 82 and up GM van with tilt. (key in column) I can check the P/N tomorow at work if we still have one on hand, but from that pic, it looks dead on.

Brand new in sealed package, it was shipped to me by mistake and never picked up. I don't want to open it, but it looks like there are instructions in with it for installation. I assume it is for upgrading for a generator to an alternator. Randy

yep, that's the shifter I thought it was, just got back from the shop and verified it... but I thought it went all the way back to 82. oops.
