check out what i just picked up
my great uncle finally gave me the call i have been trying to get it for a couple of years now. it has just been setting hasn't been registered in 7 years

thanks for the welcome i have been reading this board for a short time,
just got the truck last sat. it was a steal. My great uncle who is 74 called me and told me he was ready to get rid of it. I have been trying to get it for years it has a 350 smallblock and 400 tranny and also factory a/c cab. |

i have been wanting a truck like this ever since i was in high school working on my friends '68 stepside with original 327 and three on the tree. he still has that truck also.
I will be keeping this one and trying to restore it. already put new wheels and tires added tach and a sunpro gauge cluster so i can keep tabs on what is going on under the hood. uncle had a mouse and coon problem so wiring is a mess. fixing things as they come up but it was a steal really i couldn't pass it up. |

nice truck
 being from TX bet there ain't too much rust on it either. is that "Great Stuff" insulation sprayed into the heater core box and into the hole in the firewall near where the clutch pedal bar would come through?

what it really needs is a front grill and disc brakes up front and a "sway bar" in a bad way
