kind of a build-mess page
i bout this truck a while back drove it for awhile, until i found this site it turned me in to a maniac. started tearing it down so i could por 15 the frame. then i found the suspension page, all the door dragers. found bondo in the roof above the door found a nother truck with a good cab for 100$ it was a 67gmc long fleet. so here is my progress

I see that you z'ed the front, you got any pics of your rear set-up? Looks good so far. I'd be doing the same thing as you, if I wasn't so damn broke right now.

its more the time than the money (i mean its more the money than the time) i mean Ah man u know what i mean. i have about 120$ into the frame work scrap 2x4 tubing from the yard,3 pounds of wire for the welder,a 14in cut off saw blade, sawzall blades, 2 5in clamps,a few grinding wheels just the notches are made no 4link or brackets or supports. longhorn man yes it will be on baggs

Scratch the inner fenders but I will still take the a/c dash if it is still available.

just about got the front end done the x member sits 7in off the ground i figure 2 1/2 drop spindels 2in off the tire size and cut the bump stop braket off for another 2in and i should have it. the overall wheel and tire size is 30in 18in wheels and 12in of rubber.

sorry guys it has been a while. after cutting the back half off again.the frame is final to my liking. so i put the cab on for some insperation.

i didnt know what to do. i just told every one i saw about wanting a 67 cab or truck. it turned out that the ampm where i get my coffee the lady working there had a neighbor that had one in his field i was there after work that day with a tow truck.
